When I finally learned the gameplay, it was a fun time.
The last level was too easy, because there was no countdown timer. Aside from that it was great.

But: 1st. you cant lose and i didnt see my mistakes. AND now i REALLY want some pizza!
i would give you 5 stars, but your going against my diet... jk 5 stars bro
Thanks! :) About the mistakes... I probably didn't explained the win-defeat conditions enough using only images. Basically, if you have more Prisoners than Civilians on the City you lose. Same thing for the Prison, but with Civilians.
Also, good luck with you diet lol
